Initial Meeting
An initial meeting involves a process of collaborative assessment to identify the issues you are experiencing, address your hopes, goals, expectations and potential preferences for the direction of the counselling.

It is important that you have adequate information in order to make an informed decision about whether these services are right for you.

Initial Meetings are charged at the normal sessional rate. However in the event that you do not feel that this is right for you, 50% of the fee will be refunded if you provide notice within 48 hours of the initial meeting.

Sessions

In Person Counselling :  €90

Online Counselling:   €70

​

These services are not covered by either private or public health insurance in Germany. Concessionary rates are available to individuals experiencing financial hardship.

Sessions can be payable by cash or bank transfer prior to each session.

Cancellations

There may be circumstances where you are unable to attend an arranged session. Sessions can be cancelled by either phone, text or email.

Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded 100% of the fee.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the normal fee.

All services and the retention of personal information abides by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).​
