Expectations to succeed in every area of life are everywhere. We have expectations placed on us from others in our life, and we place even more onto ourselves. These expectations and trying to stay on top of all areas of life, can lead to neglecting the most important aspect: ourselves. Our self-esteem, self-worth, confidence and resilience slowly erode, leaving us drained and feeling like we are failing. And in response; we try even harder to stay on top of things, eroding ourselves further. It’s a trapped cycle!

I am not your stereotypical image of a Counsellor/Therapist. As a young, male Counsellor, I bring a differing experience and perspective to our sessions. If you are looking for a dynamic, proactive and engaging person to offer you both respect and challenge, we could be a good fit.

About Kevin

 

I am an Accredited Pluralistic/Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Frankfurt, Germany. My practice is International and I work both in-person from a group practice in Frankfurt City Centre, and Online to clients seeking specialist support.

 

Currently, I specialise in working with young people and adults that are struggling with issues related to self-worth, grief and stress. This specialism will expand in early 2021 into couples therapy.
